In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standard, it the phenomenonis more and more common that automobile transport is beginning to enter the families as away instead of walk.However, due to various reasons the traffic accident rate is rising yearby year, and the traffic accident caused by the collision is in the largest percentage in all thethe traffic accident styles. For this kind of situation, there are two kinds of safetymeasures, namely the TPMS system and ABS system.TPMS is based on the real-timeinspection of monitor tire pressure and temperature to prevent blowout. However,ABS is toprevent wheel lock when vehicle is in the status of emergency braking, and ensure thesafety brake.At this time,our task puts forward a new method on the basis of these twomethods,and it is a new kind of the security measures based on new theory. Obviously,thenew measures will be to ensure people’s life and property safety in the future.The idea ofthis method is: when the car is about to collide, let the tyres down for a certain amount ofgas,which reduces the tire pressure, but increase the friction between the tires and theground, at last shorten braking distance, thereby reduce or even avoid collisions.So thistask research is automobile tires,and the research content is the tire dflated rule.This topic is put forward under the background of high traffic rate and two kinds ofsafety measures.This task research is an exploratory study.The article introduces researchstatus of the tire deflated rule,and analyzes how the related factors the load, air bleedervalve port influence the gas release rate.In order to reach the experimental study of deflatedrule,it is necessary to refit the original experiment table by installing the weighing sensorand pressure sensor, and by processing the tyres on the basis of fully understanding of tirestructure, which makes the possibility of the installation of pressure sensor and deflatedivice.In this task the load beared by the tires is changeable by adjusting the adjustablescrew on the test table, and the load size is measured with weighing sensor, the tire pressuresize with the pressure sensor.The realization of controllable deflated to tires is by thecontral of deflate divice which is made up by two-way solenoid valve and exhaust silencerthrottle valve.Then aquire the data with the help of a data acquisition card and Labviwsoftware, at last get the conclutions about the tire dflated rule by using Matlab software toanalyze data such as load, tire pressure, the time of car tires deflated.
