Ecological composite wall structure adopts traditional whole exterior insulationenergy-saving measures, which brings large aerial work, difficult construction and poorguarantee quality. Based on the above research status and preliminary research results,prefabricated sandwich insulation ecological composite wall structure is proposed, toachieve the integration of building insulation and structure bearing. The concept ofintegration design and new structures are combined as research characteristics, andexperimental research, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis are closelyintegrated as research methods, to interpret the forced mechanism of prefabricatedsandwich insulation ecological composite wall, to build simplified calculation model ofthe elastic lateral stiffness of sandwich insulation ecological composite wall, and topropose the concept of integration design of ecological composite wall structure basedon building, structure and equipment system. The main content and achievements ofthis study include:1.1/2scale model similar-sized horizontal low-cyclic experiments of sandwichinsulation ecological composite wall and standard ecological composite wall are studiedto compare carry capacity, hysteretic property, ductility, strength degradation, stiffnessdegradation and other seismic behavior of different types of ecological composite walls.The results showed that: the two types of ecological composite walls were overallshear-type failures with ductility; cracking load, yield strength and ultimate bearingcapacity of sandwich insulation ecological composite wall were higher than those ofconventional ecological composite wall, of which the cracking load had an increase of29.1%, the ultimate load was increased by5.9%, and the failure load was up15.8%, which play a significant role in postponing wall crack and improving anti-collapsecapacity; pushover analysis was applied on the wall numerical model built withABAQUS, the calculation results agreed well with the experimental results onload-displacement curve, the articulation mechanism, etc.; on this basis, numericalextended analysis of sandwich insulation wall with key parametric variation was carriedout, to obtain the influence regularity of key factors such as axial compression ratio,height-width ratio, the arrangement of the reinforced ribs, etc. on elastic rigidity, carrycapacity and displacement ductility, to lay the foundation for building reasonablecalculation theory and architecture design of sandwich insulation ecological compositewall.2. Based on previous research results, the elastic simplification calculation modelof sandwich insulation ecological composite wall—sandwich model is proposed, withhomogenizing the inner wythes; combing unique wall configuration and mechanics ofcomposite materials, suitable volume elements are selected to derive the practicalformula for elasticity modulus and shear modulus of the wall; elasticity is used to derivethe lateral stiffness of anisotropic equivalent elastic plates, by considering variousinfluence factors, to make a correction to the lateral stiffness of the lateral stiffnessformulas. The results showed that: it had a certain theoretical basis and practical value,to apply mechanics of sandwich model to calculating the lateral stiffness of thecomposite wall, and could meet the needs of the actual engineering calculations.3. Based on integration design of green prefabricated building, integration designstrategies of ecological composite wall structure is proposed based on building,structure and equipment system: integration of decoration、insulation and structure、construction technology of assembly construction of prefabricated bay windowsassembly、modular embedded technology of water、electricity and heating pipes topre-cast wall、integrated kitchen and bath technology, to realize integration of buildingand structure、building and equipment、structure and equipment of ecological compositewall structure. Numerical analysis model of ecological composite wall is establishedwith consideration of sandwich insulation, and dynamic time-history analysis isconducted, to analyze dynamic characteristics and dynamical response of ecologicalcomposite wall structure under seismic action, and to provide theoretical guidance for aseismatic design of sandwich insulation ecological composite wall structure.
