A kind of micro-grid optimal scheduling method using artificial fishalgorithm and particle swarm optimization was proposed based onmicro-grid energy management system optimal scheduling. Specific tasksare as follows:Each power generation unit’s output power model considering windspeed, density of air, irradiation intensity, storage battery charging anddischarging capacity and efficiency was established. Each distributedgeneration unit’s output power was simulated according to the actualsituation of micro-grid and power output condition of each generation unitwas calculated.Optimal scheduling model considering maintenance costs, electricitycosts, fuel cost, battery loss cost and power loss cost was set up. A kind ofmicro-grid optimal scheduling method using artificial fish algorithm andparticle swarm optimization was proposed. Taking the examples ofmicro-grid system of simulation covering wind turbines, photovoltaic cells,micro gas turbine and the lithium battery, simulated each distributedgeneration unit’s output power using AFSA-PSO and PSO in six typicaloperating state. The results confirmed that the optimal scheduling methodproposed in this paper is right and superior.Energy management system optimal scheduling hardwareconfiguration and software development were completed based on B&RAS4.0and X20. Applied AFSA-PSO to Shanghai electric actual micro-gridand the results confirmed that the the method of optimal scheduling is rightand efficient, also the micro-grid is running more economically.
