| In recent years,with the gradual advance of the Yangtze river ship “Oil toGasâ€projects like“gasification of the Yangtze Riverâ€â€œYangtze River Green Logisticsinnovation Projectâ€,Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG) as an economic,green and safe newenergy gradually been known to the publicand recognized as the first choice for thefuture of green energy industry.Filling natural gas(LNG)is a key waterwaytransportation in its supply chain.Today,the main ways of water filling LNG in theinternational are tanker-to-ship filling,ship-to-ship filling,offshore floating station toship filling,whole shore station to ship filling and ship tank fillingreplacing.currently,the most suitable LNG filling program for Chinese Yangtze Powerboat on energy supply LNG filling program is barge-to-ship LNG filling.On the LNG filling barge,once the LNG leak,due to the special natural of the LNGitself,when it comes to fire,it may cause a LNG fire even a explosion.And whereinthe LNG pool fire is the most likely to occur,and the most severe form of the LNGfire.Because of the external radiation of the LNG pool fire flame,when the heatradiation reaches a certain value, staff,steel superstructure and the onshoreconstructure will catch a immeasurable damage.And the LNG filling barges have fueloil tank,when the LNG fire occurred,it may cause ambient temperature rise,the time ifthe tank temperature rises above the self-ignition temperature of the fuel, thespontaneous combustion of fuel shall occur even the tank fire.To study the effects of thermal radiation of flame during the LNG pool fire,andanasys the thermal radiation of flame vary with radical distance,in this paper,thecomputer simulations are used to analyze the process and impact of the LNG poolfire.Firstly,groups of five LNG liquid pool of different diameters are selected as theresearch object,and using the modeling software Pyrosim model these five groupsLNG pool fire to3D modeling.By inspection of the LNG and LNG pool fire-relatedinformation and literature at home and aboard,to determine the LNG pool fire-relatedparameters,set different LNG pool fire response secenario.through the simulation ofthe effects of radiation of LNG pool fire by the fire dynamic simulation software FDS,with the focus on the flame radiation variation,calculated the flame radiationdistance under the special radiation values,and compared with results of the existingtrusted flame models,then anasys the calculation error and accuracy of FDS,get theadvantage of the FDS simulation over the entity model,and clarify the reason toselectFDS to calculate thermal radiation.Then obtained by analyzing the withstandcritical heat flux of the steel superstructure,onshore construction and staff,usesoftware FDS to calculate heat radiation distance from the radiation at the criticalvalue of the27.5m×12.9m×0.9m LNG barge liquid pool,and get the minimum safearrangement distance of theonshore construction steel,superstructure and staff.Finally,through the establishment of the90m×12m×3m LNG and gas fillingbarge model and calculate the value of the steel superstructure thermal radiationreceived by FDS software simulations to verify the accuracy of the minimum safetydistance calculations of radiation,while simulating tank barges by software FDS,proposed safety furnished advice for oil tank,then provide reference for the similarbarge fire problem. |
