| At present, construction drawing review mode is mainly the manual review, thereare two major drawbacks of traditional manual review: One is its low efficiency, thecomplexity of the construction drawing review and the diversification of standardsinvolved often makes structural engineer to spend more energy to complete the reviewprocess, increases the cost of the review; the other one is that it is prone to result inleakage or falsely reviewing phenomenon mandatory provisions and generalprovisions. To solve these problems, this paper presents a computer-aided structuralworking drawings examining software that can help structural engineers reviewconstruction drawings, reduce the workload of the trial plan, shorten review cycles,improve examination efficiency, reduce or avoid the condition of leakage or falselyreviewing mandatory provisions and general provisions. The computer-aidedstructural working drawings examining software designed by this task, is in strictaccordance with the laws and regulations, standards requirements of the review, andhas a clear review of ideas, and it can help users search and record information,ultimately generate a single structure of professional technical review of records,initially realize a semi-intelligent construction drawing review, and its meaning is:1.Improving the efficiency of construction drawing review, shortening review cycles,reducing labor intensity and review costs;2. Effectively reducing or avoiding thecondition of leakage, mandatory provisions and general provisions;3. Thecomputer-aided structural working drawings examining software has the function ofsearching standards data base, calculation judgment, review of information storage,exporting professional technical review of records of structure and other featuressingle, simple operation, easy to use;4. The computer-aided structural workingdrawings examining software has some expert knowledge and it can continue toimprove in practice, accumulate knowledge and experience, instead of part of thereview of the review staff.This paper studies the shear wall structure and frame-shearwall structure part ofthe building construction drawing assisted review software, the main research work is:1. Reading several standards related to the shearwall structure and frame-shearwallstructure, performing a statistical analysis of clauses involved and classificate them,and then import clauses needed to be reviewed into a standardized database ofAccess2003;2. Developing the computer-aided structural working drawings examining software, including user interface design, writing calculations anddrawings reviewing code;3. Constantly debugging the program, checking theshortage, making up the mistakes.Through the development of this software, the following conclusions is obtained:1. Using this software for construction drawing review, the reviewers can improveefficiency of reviewing, reducing or avoiding the condition of leakage, mandatoryprovisions and general provisions;2. Arranging and classifying standardized terms,and forming a database, which can achieve more accurate search capabilities,allowing the latter to maintain and update the database;3. The software canimplement procedural reviewing of each clause, for more complex clauses, theprogram also has the function of calculation and judgement;4. The software canautomatically export the results of the review, and ultimately generate professionaltechnical review records of structure, without to writing it by the user, avoiding theomission or false by manually writing. |
