BSG hybrid vehicle integrated the advantages of ordinary fuel vehicle andelectric vehicle, at the same time, using the first-stage thermoelectric conversiondevices can turn the car exhaust heat into the electricity to charge the battery, thebattery with a stable supply voltage converter to make sure BSG electrical workingwell, it can reduce the consumption of fuel greatly to achieve the goal ofenvironmental protection and energy saving. Therefore, the research of weak hybridvehicle’s key technology has great significance, and big step-up ratio for BSG motordrives transform power source is one of the key technology of hybrid electricvehicle.The power converter is an important part of a car energy transfer in theprocess of conversion, so the high efficiency power converter has very importantsignificance in improving the vehicle comprehensive performance. The main researchcontents are as follows:Analyzes several different phase-shift full bridge soft switching topology,selected the zero-voltage and zero-current-switching phase-shift full bridge converterby using two diodes in series with the lagging leg for the study. Detailed analysis wascarried out on the working principle of the topology, and the realization of softswitching conditions were presented, according to the project task parametersrequirements, and design the main circuit parameters, using orCAD16.5/PSpicesimulation software to establish the main circuit simulation model, the results showthat the main circuit parameters is reasonable and meet the design requirements.Using the state-space averaging method to establish a small-signal model ofzero-voltage and zero-current-switching phase-shift full bridge converter using twodiodes in series with the lagging leg, the hardware control circuit usedTMS320F28335as the main chip, and the circuit designed bassis on DSP digitalcontrol system. The fuzzy adaptive PID controller is applied to the converter, usingthe MATLAB software finish the simulation of this system, the results show that thefuzzy adaptive PID controller can get better dynamic and static performance thenordinary PID controller. The paper described the generation of phase-shifted PWMstrategy, the software design of the system and the main flow chart was given.A3kW prototype was built in the laboratory, the experiments were carried out, by analyzing the experimental waveform. the results show that a successfulsoft-switching has been achieved, the output voltage can get stability control, Thedesigned on Power converter for BSG motor driving with a large Voltage set-up ratiocan meet the requirements of the subject.
