With the rapid development of power electronic technology, power technologyto benefit from the development of semiconductor technology and computertechnology, also is changing dramatically, represented by switch power efficient smallvolume products emerge in endlessly. In order to reduce the input current distortioncaused by switch power rectifier circuit, prevent interference of electric equipment forpower grid, power factor correction (PFC) technology has gradually become aresearch focus in the power electronic technology. Based on the current FPCdevelopment present situation, this article designed a power factor correction systembased on digital one cycle control.The earliest passive system, the power factor correction technology or simplyuse the passive devices such as inductance to achieve function, while the structure isvery simple, but the effect is not ideal. Later in the active power factor correctionsystem, namely to switch power supply as the carrier, at the same time of stableoutput characteristic, will be a sine wave input current calibration, the traditionalactive power factor correction, generally use the multiplier structure, the input voltagewaveform and other control benchmark multiply by a sine wave reference signal, toreference signal, the input current correction is sine wave. With the development oftechnology, more and more new type of power factor correction control strategy hasbeen applied gradually, also single cycle is a novel control strategy. Single cycle hasthe characteristics of don’t need a multiplier, and the current disturbance resistanceability, control strategy on the technology of the digital single cycle, this paper use thedecoupling of single-phase VIENNA rectifier topology for the power, power factorcorrection, and achieved a good result.Based on the design of power factor correction system based on digital one cyclecontrol, and analyzed the stability of one cycle control APFC, one cycle controlAPFC digital process was deduced in detail, and based on the digital train of thought.In addition, in view of the one cycle control application in VIENNA topologystructure, the working principle of the VIENNA structures are presented through the understanding of VIENNA decoupling, get a single-phase VIENNA rectifier structure,and applies the one cycle control, implements a new type of power factor correctioncircuit.In this paper, finally, the designed system to do the simulation and experimentalanalysis, according to the result of correlation analysis, the power factor of systemcan achieve0.99above, all of a sudden and subtract load output can also be done in ashorter time to adjust and maintain a stable, proved in this paper, the design of thesystem is feasible.
