With the gradual implementation of the national space mission, need to use many specialtest and monitoring equipment for scientific research test. Due to the limitation ofembargo on high-tech aerospace equipment in China abroad, we need to carry outindependent research. In order to simulate space mission the weightlessness of spaceextravehicular activities, exercise programs, need to carry out weightlessness sinkunderwater test, test must be carried out underwater equipment condition monitoring,water temperature and pressure testing, ensure the test equipment and personnel safetyand reliable underwater.This topic will meet to establish and implement the technicaldevelopment tendency, satisfy the underwater equipment test real-time control system as the mainresearch object, mainly includes the following contents:(1)The establishment of the overall scheme of measurement and control system.Analysis of the test and control requirements of underwater equipment, constructionof the overall plan timely feasible; determine the system architecture, hardwarecomposition and control technologies.(2) Design and implementation of a device control system of an underwater hardware system.System mainly consists of parameter monitoring device, underwater equipment overpressureindicator monitoring device, electrical detection device etc.. Parameter monitoring device fortesting equipment of a underwater engineering signal data receiving, processing, storage andplayback display. Residual pressure meter monitoring device for pressure gauge to monitor thestate of. Electrical detection device for cable, parameter monitoring device and desktop test cableperformance detection.(3)The design of control and monitoring system, taking LabVIEW technology asthe platform of real-time data acquisition and processing system, realize the real-timedata acquisition, storage, and data query and other functions; the establishment ofdynamic, visualization, rich interface functions; for the test data monitoring, dataanalysis, the overall decision-making and analysis evaluation security platform.The research of this project to provide a stable, reliable guarantee for the safeoperation of the equipment under test water, to provide support for thedecision-making and evaluation, for the virtual instrument in aerospace measurementand control application to explore some common technology. |
