With the non-renewable energy resources become depleted and more difficult to exploit, endanger the process of mining on the environment have become increasingly prominent. Pollution-free, clean solar energy has become the focus of the development and utilization of large-scale photovoltaic power plants on the ground are also increasingly become the focus of development, but also a major trend. This paper mainly for terrestrial photovoltaic project in Jinzhou designed to apply to the project’s three-phase cascade photovoltaic grid-connected inverter research.Focus of this paper is on the ground overall design of photovoltaic power plants, and the cascade multi-level photovoltaic grid inverters study focuses on the analysis of solar energy resources in Jinzhou City, analyze, and apply to projects of PV modules PV systems, operation mode and electrical systems design.High-voltage power cascade multi-level inverter output waveform is good because the device requires a relatively low pressure, high frequency equivalent open, no requirement for dynamic voltage, etc., have a good ground PV Grid project prospects for development. On this basis, applicable to this project phase cascaded multilevel inverter PV grid research, the kind of inverter topology, and network control strategy research, this paper focused on the topological modification carrier modulation structure that carrier phase shift control strategy (CPS-SPWM) modulation, and analysis of a given vector voltage based on the topology and network control strategy, and control strategies proposed by the simulation. Experimental results show that the proposed topology is suitable for high-power transformerless photovoltaic grid structure, the proposed control strategy can effectively achieve photovoltaic grid. While the grid-connected inverter used in terrestrial PV Grid project conducted studies to determine grid inverter unit wiring, as well as access lOkV grade utility grid, while the economic and social benefits of the PV Grid project analysis.
