Besides system runs stable and reliable, improving the efficiency of solarthermal power generation system need enough precision tracking control. This paperrevolves around how to improve the tracking accuracy of the control system, carryingout the “SPC+optical” control strategy research, designing a kind of cylindricalphotoelectric detector, comprehensive performance analysis the adoptingphotoelectric detector after the error of the system.By using the principle of the optical lens focusing and ray tracing studydesigning the photoelectric sensor, a kind of cylindrical lens for the setting up ofsensors is focused on the optical model, simulates the different parallel to the incidentlight through the lens focusing, the formation of light on the focal plane, analyzingthe distribution of focal spot of photoelectric detector and light intensity distributionand position of focal spot and the focal length. The experimental results show thatparallel incident light after lens focus, flare concentrated area, the light intensitydistribution are changed with the increasing deflection Angle.Comprehensive analysis the characteristics of multiple tracking control methods,this paper proposes a program tracking combined with photoelectric tracking “SPC+optical” tracking control mode, analyzes the “SPC+optical” tracking control systemprinciple of work and module structure. On the basis of program tracking, theestablishment of a condenser axis and the sun angle of incident light deflection valueas the initial input signal of the photoelectric tracking system to track systemmathematical model of PD series error correction, and the corresponding control byadjusting the parameters of the proportion, the tracking control system stabilityanalysis, comparing the bode tracking system before and after the correction,founding the system properties, such as amplitude and phase margin angle improved,thus verified the string into the necessity of the corrector. In MATLAB softwareSIMULINK environment, photoelectric detector module, PID regulator module, servodrive system module model, setting up “SPC+optical” tracking system simulationplatform, analysis the detection and tracking system of condenser height, the influence of the angle tracking and focusing accuracy of condenser, and study thesolar concentrator focusing of high and low efficiency. The research results show thatthe adopted the photoelectric detection sensors “SPC+optical” tracking improves theprecision of the control system, ensuring the condenser efficiency and powerefficiency.
