Taking the motor’s stator and rotor as objects, it is studied oil-film force andunbalanced magnetic pull excitation nonlinear vibration problems of the motor by meansof nonlinear dynamics analysis method and numerical analysis method.Research on the electromagnetic force and damping force, eccentric force, andasymmetric stiffness under the effect of such factors and taking into account the effect ofoil film force on Nonlinear vibrations. The dynamic model and nonlinear dynamicequation when the pole pairs is different of rotor-bearing system are established based onNewtonian mechanics rule. Applying the method of average method for the nonlinearvibration the approximate solutions of primary parameter resonance, primary resonanceand parametric-forced resonance of the system are obtained. The use of MATLABsoftware on the model established by the numerical analysis, and the various ways ofelectromagnetic parameters were analyzed to identify the influence of vibration. Numericalresults on the system are analyzed in detail.The stator is considered as a ring, in the case of in-plane bending vibration, Parametertransformation to solve strongly nonlinear equations in the MLP method is introduced tothe multiple scales. The use of strongly nonlinear multiple scale analysis method for thedynamic differential equations of the stator system. The approximate solution of parameterresonance, forced resonance and parametric-forced resonance are obtained, Numericalanalysis on the influences of the field resistance, rotor resistance and stator resistance onthe response curve is carried out.Use MLP method to study strong nonlinear response equation of parametric-forcedresonance, primary parametric resonance, primary resonance which with AsymmetricStiffness, rotor eccentricity and exist outer damping feature. Analysis Amplitude-frequency response curve of once progressive solution, how Asymmetric Stiffness,eccentric and damp affect the amplitude and resonance region were investigated. Andcontinue to use MLP method to solve Amplitude frequency response equation of mainresonance secondary progressive solution, and get once progressive solution and secondaryprogressive solution of main resonance.
