Precast concrete filled steel tubular frame shear wall structure is a new type ofbuilding structure which is adapted to industrial production system and in accordancewith the principle of energy-saving and emission-reduction as well as mass production.The overall performance of the structure depends on the bearing capacity of its horizontaland vertical joints. Whether the horizontal and vertical joints are connected properly,which is very essential, will directly affect the integrity and stability of the precastconcrete filled steel tubular frame shear wall. The steel bar connection technology is verycrucial for the function of the joints. Through52experiments of testing different barconnection samples, this article proposes two bar connection technologies which aresuitable for vertical division of the reinforcing steel bar inside the wall of precast concretefilled steel tubular frame shear wall.This article studies the practicability of the sleeve grouting lap connection methodby using the figures obtained from the25specimens which are divided into9groups andtested repeatedly. Through analysis of the test data, this article get the formula of utmostlap length and theoretical lap length of sleeve grouting lap connection, and proves thatthe sleeve grouting lap connection is safe and reliable.This article studies the feasibility of the grouting butt sleeve connection method byanalyzing the figures obtained from the27specimens which are divided into10groupsand tested repeatedly with great pressure and pulling forces. Through the analysis of testdata, this article gets the formula of utmost anchorage length and theoretical anchoragelength, and proves that the grouting butt sleeve connection can perform excellently interms of strength and stiffness.Through the experimental and theoretical study on two methods of reinforcing steelbar connection, it shows that these two kinds of reinforced connection methods arefunctional, practical, economical and eco-friendly. They conform to the requirements ofhousing industrialization.
