In recent years,a single tower cable-stayed bridge with its beautiful appearance and goodspanning capacity,has been widely used. But in actual construction,the construction methodand construction control to a large extent affect the final structure of the linear and internalforce. Therefore in the process of the cable-stayed bridge construction is necessary accordingto the characteristics of the specific engineering construction optimization,so that the result ofthe construction control design can achieve the desired value.This article will focus on problems Lv Shan bridge construction monitoring,researchfrom the following aspects:Firstly,based on single tower cable-stayed bridge construction control system,this paperexpounds the importance of construction control and the research status,and put forward theprinciples and methods of construction control,in accordance with the actual monitoring LvShan bridge Lv Shan bridge construction control system is introduced in this paper,includingmonitoring purpose,method and content.Secondly,to introduce Lv Shan bridge girder construction method and constructionprocess,main girder cantilever construction using hanging basket,do some calculation andanalysis of hanging basket,and explains the concrete construction plan of the hanging basket;Finally the paper expounds the concrete construction process Lv Shan bridge girder method.Thirdly,Lv Shan bridge construction control process,for example,using MIDAS/Civilcalculation software simulation analysis was carried out on the stage and construction stage asbridge,mainly analyzes the different construction methods on the impact of structural internalforce and deformation;In the construction stage analysis of main girder cast-in-site segmentsof two different construction schemes comparison,analysis of two kinds of solution structureof linear and internal force,and it is concluded that the optimum construction scheme.Through Lv Shan bridge construction methods and construction control study,analysisof single tower cable-stayed bridge section,the change of the parameters in the process of cantilever construction,and in the construction stage analysis of main girder cast-in-sitesegments of two different construction schemes of the calculation results were analyzed.Original plan support cast-in-place long20.53m,suspension casting1#length is8m,comparing scheme stents cast-in-site segments is set to24.53m,suspension casting1#lengthis reduced to4m,other size and construction process is the same,After the theoretical valueand the calculated value of two kinds of plan and design of the monitoring data and compareanalysis,determine the support cast-in-place section20.53m construction scheme is superiorto the support cast-in-place section24.53m construction scheme.Results for single towercable-stayed bridge construction control process and provides some references for the analysisand calculation,the construction process of the same kind of single tower cable-stayed bridgehas a good reference.
