High-speed Train Measuring System with a dynamic gauge is a designedmeasuring equipment to ensure safe operation of trains as the development ofhigh-speed rail technology. There comes a huge challenge to meet severalcomplicated factors when designing this measuring system, such as specialmeasuring needs, the large target, high speed, the high cost of test, electromagneticinterference, vibration of ground, air turbulence, field working environment and soon. To ensure the successful test, the system must have high reliability besides highaccuracy.The Measuring System is based on binocular vision principle, which measuringthe tilting angle and offset of the high-speed train. The test must be automaticallytriggered because of the high-speed target, so the whole measuring procedure shouldbe done automatically under the control of a unified control system. Reliable designof the overall control system is the key to ensure effective measurement. This articleis about research on this critical technology.The main work includes the design of the position sensor and the central controlunit. We can achieve the signal of long-distance trains by the position sensor, andthen send it to the central control unit. The central control unit completes the task ofdata collection by controlling the dual cameras and high power laser.The main work which this paper has done:1、Based on the analysis of measurement needs and measurement conditions ofhigh-speed trains, this paper studies the distant fast triggering technology, develops ahigh-speed long-range position sensor. Specific work includes: Specifically workprincipally includes the design a pulse laser light emitting unit and receiving unit.Pulsed laser emitting unit completes the design of SPL LL90-3semiconductor laserdrive circuit. This unit is capable of emitting a frequency10K,70W peak powerpulsed laser. Pulsed laser receiver unit achieves photoelectric conversion by the PINphotodiode and gets the available voltage signal by the preamplifier andpost-amplifier circuit design. 2、The central control unit is designed for automatic signal acquisition process toachieve unified management. Specific content includes the design of STM32F103microcontroller core board,the generation of high-precision sync pulse signal bytimer synchronization technology, the human Interface design (RS485communication interface and OLED status display),the Isolation protection measures(power isolation and signal isolation),the writing of system control program andsystem migration in STM32F103hardware platform based on the real-timeRT-Thread.This paper has a number of tests over the content of the study. It is fully able tomeet the reliability, real-time measurement systems need to dynamically bound inseveral field applications and lays an important foundation for the entiremeasurement of the system achieving practical.
