Electricity power is clean and convenient energy, which has widest application.Sustained and healthy development of national economy is based on sustaineddevelopment of electricity power. As the vector of power transmission, power gridshould focuses on energy loss reduction in generation, transmission, distribution,consumption, which is the development objectives and social responsibility of gridenterprise. This paper focuses on energy loss reduction in transmission and distribution,puts forward energy loss reduction effect of quantitative evaluation and empiricaltechniques, gives a solution of inconsistent power grid loss calculation method,imperfect power Grid saving indicator system, quantifition of energy-saving potential,strongly supports for the State Grid Corporation of energy service system constructionand energy conservation work. After the classification of energy-saving technologies,energy loss reduction effect of quantitative evaluation and empirical techniques isresearched.First, this paper develops a technology roadmap for research objectives, analyzethe research contents in three parts: power grid energy loss reduction techniquesdetailed analysis (incremental mining), power grid energy loss reduction techniquesmeasuring energy savings program design (incremental capture), power grid energyloss reduction technology energy savings measured value correction method anddemonstration (incremental empirical).Second, this paper analyzes common problems of the two energy-savingtechnologies in incremental mining, incremental capture, incremental empirical,which lays the foundation for loss of energy-saving technologies for differentincremental analysis.Third, this paper analyzes the two energy-saving technologies in incrementalmining, incremental capture, incremental empirical targetedly.Finally, in the theoretical basis of research results, this paper studies ondistribution network in the northwest, this example verifies the practicality andeffectiveness of the empirical method.
