High-strength steel has developed rapidly at domestic and abroad, and it hasgood application foreground. HTB650reinforcement is new high strength steel, and ithas a great application prospect.HTB650steel is high strength carbon steel wire, its raw material is plain carbonsteel wire rod. And the steel is the high strength wire rod, with its crystal structurechanged after continuous heat treatment by the induction cooker. The yield strength ofthe steel is above700MPa.The thesis is about bonding property between HTB650steel and concrete.According to36pullout tests, the effects of concrete and reinforcement strength,anchorage length, thickness of concrete cover, and stirrup ratio have been analysed onthe bond anchorage performance. With the experimental statistical regression, thecomputational formula of ultimate bond strength between HTB650steel and concretehas been established. Anchoring length for design through reliability analysis has beenproposed to provide a reference for practical engineering.On the hand, in order to study mechanical anchorage performance betweenHTB650steel bar and concrete, The mechanical anchoring of short steel welded onboth sides is chosen. According to30pullout tests, the effects of concrete andreinforcement strength, thickness of concrete cover, anchorage length, and stirrupratio have been analysed on the mechanical anchorage performance. With theexperimental statistical regression, the computational formula of ultimatebond-anchoring strength between HTB650steel and concrete has been established.Anchoring length of mechanical anchorage for design through reliability analysis hasbeen proposed to provide a reference for practical engineering.The bonding anchorage property and mechanical anchorage performance aboutHTB650steel is researched. The research provide the reference for future theoreticalresearch and experimental research and guide the engineering practice.
