| In the study of the flow meter,in order to get a better observe about the media tothe flow field, we need an advanced observation of measurement technique. PIV(Particle Image Velocimetry) is a transient, multi-point, non-contact speedmeasurement in hydromechanics.PIV experimental device of water flow is based onwater flow standard device and PIV measurement system. It has a simple structure, agood stability. It’s also easy to installã€easy to remove and easy to adjust. Its test costis very low too. Its research has a good application prospect.In this research, the Laboratory equipment selection is the most important factorto successful Complete the experiment. Select a suitable power plant is the key of thisexperiment. In this paper I will make accurate calculation of the pressure loss to makesure which pump is best choose in this experimental study.In this paper I uses the PIV system to research the problem of water flow aroundthe wanes shaped baffle in the pipes.In this experimental study my works include the followings: First of all,according to the experimental needs I designed the flow standard facility which usedin this experiment. Second, I established the PIV system to get the speed of the flowfield data. Use the PIV system to get the Velocity cloud of Axial and radial of the flowfield. Based on those pictures we can research the problem of water flow around thewanes shaped baffle in the pipes. Then, we can know the affects from wanes shapedbaffle to the flow field.Third, In the same observation area but under the different water speed which thespeed was0.2m/s,0.4m/s,0.8m/s,1.6m/s,I used the same test methods to test. In thisway I can find the affects of speed to the flow field. |
