With the development of society and economy, people’s living standards continue toimprove, the central air conditioning has been widely used, such as office buildings,commercial buildings, construction, tourism science and engineering building,communication buildings and transportation buildings are widely used in central airconditioning systemLibrary belongs to science and education buildings, for the majority of Libraries in Chinahave adopted the central air conditioning system. Due to the air conditioning system design,equipment selection and operation management aspects of the problems, there are manyunreasonable energy consumption phenomenon, consumption of the central air conditioningsystem in the whole library, the proportion of building energy consumption is very large,probably in40-60%, to bring great pressure to the power grid operation. In response to thenational "energy-saving emission reduction" call, for research on energy saving andoptimization of the library central air conditioning system, has the practical significance, butalso energy-saving work of University Libraries and public libraries have guidance andreference significanceThis article through to Hydropower College Library as the representative, throughinvestigation, a preliminary understanding of the basic situation of the library building, andfrom the central air conditioning system operation management, central air-conditioningsystem and air conditioning load and so on, to grasp and understand the features of the libraryof central air-conditioning system, air-conditioning system energy optimization providesstrong data support. According to the operation condition data and Hydropower CollegeLibrary in20125-10month central air conditioning system analysis of water chiller, focuseson the analysis of the chilled water system and cooling water system and out of the watertemperature, condensation temperature, evaporation temperature and other parameters, statusthrough the analysis of energy consumption, rules and effects of operation parameters on thesystem energy-saving, find the energy problems and air-conditioning system load variation.The suggestion on the optimization, improvement measures of system operation, and energy saving operation feasible, in order to achieve the purpose of saving energy.This project research, help to understand the library building energy consumption inparticular, the energy consumption of central air conditioning system, understand theoperational characteristics of screw type water chiller, offer beneficial reference function toreduce the operation cost optimization, to universities and public libraries in air conditioningsystem.
