Multiphase flow exists widely in the production process of petroleum, chemical,metallurgical industries, and the gas-liquid two-phase flow is particularly common in the oiland gas production process. Currently the most commonly used method is metering withtwo-phase separation and conventional single-phase meter, in this way it’s not only bulky,costly but also complicated in installation and maintenance. In recent years gas-liquidtwo-phase flowmeter is gradually applied, because it’s compact and convenient in installationand maintenance. With the expansion of the oil and gas fields to the desert, offshore, deep seaand remote areas with poor natural conditions, the advantages of gas-liquid two-phaseflowmeter will become more apparent. Therefore, accurate measurement of gas-liquidtwo-phase flow is of great significance for the oil and gas production process. The thesis aimsto establish the mechanism measurement model of annular flow based on the Coriolisflowmeter.In this thesis, in order to use the Coriolis flowmeter for annular flow, some exploratorywork was finished:1. An overview of the mechanism measurement model of single-phase flow andtwo-phase flow based on the Coriolis flowmeter and a detailed description on the formationand mechanism model of the annular flow is given.2. Computational model of liquid film of the annular flow is established and vibrationfrequency of metering tube and differential time is obtained.3. The experiment of the Coriolis flowmeter for gas-liquid two-phase flow is finished onthe large multiphase flow experimental device of college Pipeline and Civil Engineering ofCUP, and experimental data are obtained in276different conditions, including150conditionsof annular flow. 4. Experimental data validation of computational model of liquid film and measurementmodel of annular flow based on the Coriolis Flowmeter is finished and the results agree withthe experimental data.
