Thin-walled squared-box hollow floor with in-situ concrete is cavity and isarranged according to certain rules to replace the middle low efficient concrete slab toform the similar hollow slab as two-way shear and bending stiffness. Thin-walledsquared-box can reduce the usage of concrete and the weight of the floor. As itincreases the distance from the neutral axis to the section bar, it can increase theflexural stiffness of the floor slab and reduce the amount of reinforcement. Thin-walledsquared-box hollow floor with in-situ concrete is a great technological innovation inChina construction structure field and the key technology of the Ministry ofconstruction, which is after the common beam slab, densely ribbed slab and prestressedfloor slab. With material and energy saving, sound insulation, seismic, flexiblespace, reducing weight, reducing the cost featches, thin-walled squared-boxhollow floor with in-situ concrete has not only got the good economic efficiency andthe social value, but also been proved in many practical applications in engineering,which will have a broad application prospect.In recent years, more and more researches on thin-walled squared-boxhollow floor with in-situ concrete have been done. In this paper, it combinesthe characteristics of author’s work with master of engineering. Mainly from theconstruction point of view, it explores more analyses of development overview, maincharacteristics and existing problems of thin-walled squared-box hollow floor within-situ concrete. By comparison and analyses with honeycomb core, ordinary beam andplate scheme, this paper summarizes the design, the techniques in the application of production, construction technology and other aspects that need to pay specialattention to the problems. It gives full play to the advantages of thin-walledsquared-box hollow floor with in-situ concrete, which provides the technology in theapplication in the future.Finally, this paper put forward the floor technology of thin-walled squared-boxhollow floor with in-situ concrete and the problems that need to be improved in theprocess of construction. It also presents some ideas and measures of it to the future.
