Application Research Of CFG Pile Composite Foundation Treatment Technique In Songzhou New Community Project, Guangzhou

With the rapid development of our national economy, the construction industry hasentered its golden period of growth. Modern structures are being built higher and higherwith stricter building standards. To choose the right type of foundation compatible withour vast land areas and complex geological and geomorphologic condition is not onlyclosely related to the costs but also to the safety of our buildings. As one of the mostused methods for foundation treatment, CFG Pile composite foundation is widely usedwithin geologically complex areas such as karst areas depending on its fine groundstabilization and economic and social effects. The paper is a study on the application ofa foundation treatment technique used especially in an affordable housing projectnamed "SongZhou", a newly built community in the Baiyun district, Guangdong.This paper, which takes Songzhou new community project as the research object,analyzes the application of engineering of CFG pile in the composite foundationprocessing technology, quality control, safety management,economic benefits etc.which is based on project management, technical economics, and managementeconomics.This paper first introduces the basic concept of the composite foundation, of theCFG pile composite foundation and their application and research status quo. Itdiscusses the practicability and applicability of the CFG pile through the theoreticaldemonstration and specific engineering project examples in Songzhou new communityin Guangzhou. It discusses the principle of CFG composite foundation treatmenttechnology in depth and detail from the angle of construction principle, construction technology and experimental verification etc. The applicability of the CFG pile in thisproject is verified through the result of the processing and analysis of the field test datafrom the single pile vertical compressive static load test, composite foundation load test,building subsidence data analysis and engineering quality detection etc. This paperdiscusses the theoretical knowledge on composite foundation, especially the CFG pilecomposite foundation. Through the foundation reinforcement processing to improvecapacity of the soil layers and rock layers, making full use of the carrying capacity ofthe basement floor soil and rock layers, we can reduce the construction cost to savecosts and accelerate the construction progress to complete the construction on time.Through single pile vertical compressive static load test of composite foundation,bearing capacity of single pile composite foundation load test to verify whether meet thedesign requirements, through the low strain test pile integrity. Through case study, andsummarizes a set of karst geological structure in Guangdong area with the use of CFGpile composite foundation and the foundation treatment design and construction ofintegrated technology research and application, provide the experience for reference forsubsequent projects.
