The fabricated ecological composite wall structure is a kind of structure systemwhich is suitable for wall system reform in our country and the constructionrequirements of industrialization and it is a new type of environmental protection andenergy saving, energy consumption reducing modular structure system. For theprefabricated structure, the connection method directly affects the seismic performanceof the whole structure. Although the complicated connection method can meet thebearing capacity and other seismic design requirements, construction process iscomplicated and difficult that affects the construction period. The simple connectionmethod construction process is simple, but it cannot meet the requirement of thestructure. The prefabricated wall connection is divided into horizontal and verticalconnections. Compared with the relatively simple implementation level connection, vertical connection is focus on the effective, and the construction is more complicated. So how to improve the wall vertical connection performance is one of the main researchtopic in the current project group. Based on the above problems, this paper puts forwardthree new types of connection structure form that suitable for the ecological compositewall structure.Contrast and analysis the mechanical properties and the failure mode ofnew link structure mode and the traditional method. Set up the ecological compositewall structure of ultimate bearing capacity of normal section and incline sectioncalculation formula of shear bearing capacity. In this paper, the main work is as follows:1、Based on the related research test, analysis the failure pattern hysteresis curves, skeleton curves of seismic performance of four ecological composite walls with twokinds of different connection structure under low reversed cyclic loading. The numericalmodel of wall is established and the test specimen is analyzed, and the simulation results is compared with the analysis results and the numerical model is proved to becorrect. Results show that the numerical model can be real reaction of the forceperformance of ecological composite wall, and lay a foundation for subsequent wallnumerical extension analysis.2、Based on the design concept of “strong nodes, strong anchor”, put forward threekind of new mode of connection which are suitable for fabricated the ecologicalcomposite wall: bottom welding technology, sleeve connection technology and steelanchor technology. Based on the numerical model, analysis of the ecological compositewall seismic performance with different control factors(height to width ratio, strengthof concrete frame column and section size, border area of longitudinal reinforcement, rib beam steel and axial compression ratio)under the action of three kinds of new typeconnection methods. Results show that failure mode of the three new connection modethat proposed is shear failure. Their mechanical performance is basic similar. But thebearing capacity of the wall is varied under different controlling factors.3、Based on the numerical extension analysis and the characteristics of the stress ofthe wall, build simplified normal section model of wall body ultimate bearing capacitywith the different connection methods, the calculation formula was derived. Using theresults of numerical analysis, establish a series of single factor affecting wall shearbearing capacity numerical model and the change its calculation formula for parameterfitting.Put forward different connection modes of oblique section shear bearing capacitycalculation formula to provide theoretical basis for subsequent engineering application.
