Currently, with the rapid development of urban construction, urban developmenthas basically saturated, therefore, opening and rationally utilize rationally theunderground space have become particularly urgent. Correspondingly, the number ofurban constructions of deep excavation, which are deeper and deeper, has been largerand larger; meantime, the requirement of underground facilities and the surroundingenvironments of the deep excavation is relatively high, once there is a slight mistake,great impacts and losses may happen, supporting structure for deep excavationresearch is particularly necessary.Pile anchor retaining structure is the kind of anchored deep excavation systemwhich is composed of row pile retaining structures and prestressed anchor structures,with the obvious advantages of stiffness, deformation, retaining ability, good sealingeffect and extensive engineering adaptability. In recent years, pile anchor retainingstructure has been widely used in deep excavation, and in the theory and practice toget some developments. Based on extensive researches collected and deep excavationstructure research results to the foreign staff restaurant of Beijing Jing GuangRestaurant Business Center project, this article mainly analyzed the followings:(1)Discuss the status quo and significance of anchored piles structure indomestic and international research;(2)Introduce the basic concepts of the pile anchor retaining structure, discussand analyse of the structural characteristics of the pile anchor retaining structure,working principle and application of environmental engineering;(3)Discuss the relevant design theory of pile anchor retaining structurecombined with engineering design practice were discussed;(4)Combined with engineering practice, study and discuss the construction technique of pile anchor retaining structure, and propose improvements of relatedprocesses;(5)Combined with engineering practice, study the information constructionanchor of retaining structure, analyze and explore the deformation monitoring andcontrolling problems of the deep foundation piles anchor retaining structure.By combining engineering practice for the actual verification, it is knownthrough deep research analysis that Pile anchor retaining structure is adaptable,convenient, whose project cost is relatively low compared to other support structure.Meanwhile, from the implementation of the results, the actual deformation is small,the technical indicators in line with the relevant basic theory, safety and stability ofdeep foundation can be guaranteed.
