Recent trends in today’s office environment, make it increasingly more difficult forconventional centralized HVAC systems to satisfy the environmental preferences of individualofficer workers using the standardized approach of providing a single uniform thermal andventilation environment. Personal Air Condition system for control of the environment to theindividual, so everyone can according to their own preferences to adjust the thermal sensationenvironment in the working area. Therefore, Personal air condition has gradually become a hotresearch.First of all,in this paper,the vertical wall heat convection boundary layer temperature,velocitydistribution was simulated,and compared with the analytical solution.Through the comparativeanalysis,can draw the human body with the surrounding environment of natural convection heattransfer when the maximum average speed.Then we discusses that it was investigated that the thermal response of human onpersonalized ventilation in steady situation.Through the numerical simulation for the thermalmicroenvironment around the human body, the thermal comfort index PMV was compared indifferent ambient temperature, supply air temperature and air supply velocity boundaryconditions.We learned that after using station supply air, in the same supply air temperature, thehigher the temperature of background, the same of the human body comfort required the greaterthe supply air velocity, but the higher supply air velocity will produce blowing feeling, it isrecommended that station supply air velocity should not be too high. At the same time, fromanalysis of variance to check the influence that supply parameters of the TAC system impress tothe task area, the supply air velocity is the most significant factor. So when designing TAC system,supply air volume should be considered first to improve thermal level.At the end of the dynamic air supply are briefly introduced, according to the exposure timesetting time of transient numerical simulation.Based on the analysis of in local ventilation duringhuman skin temperature change and the feeding is stopped after the human skin temperaturechanges, and puts forward the intermittent wind supply frequency.Compared with traditional air conditioning system, on the premise of the guarantor body heat comfort, individual air supply can improve the supply air temperature, and the appropriatebackground environment temperature; also can use "send-stop-send-stop" dynamic airconditioning air supply mode, analysis the individual supply air on human health, work efficiency,energy saving effect.
