As the working frequency is higher and higher,the volume and weight of highfrequency transformer is smaller and smaller,and the power loss is constantly increasing,sothe problem of temperature rise is can’t ignored.When designing a new transformer,weshould research the distribution of the temperature firstly,then we can get the hot spot of thetransformer,which can guide the thermal design.This paper begins with the project of high-frequency transformer based on APmethod,and research on leakage inductance and stray capacitance.The formulas of theparameters of transformer are acquired theoretically.And the power loss of magnetic coreand windings is discussed.Based on the theoretical derivation and simulation software, theinfluence of the distribution of winding current density effected by skin effect andproximity effect is studied,and the distribution of leakage magnetic field oftwo-dimensional model is obtained,then the total loss value is acquired.Using thesequential coupling method,the power loss result of the leakage magnetic field is used asthe load of the analysis of the temperature,then obtaining the distribution of temperatureand hot spots.This paper has carried on no-load test and short-circuit test of transformer,obtainingno-load power loss and short-circuit power loss, compared with simulation results.And themethods of transformer cooling technology and reducing temperature rise are analyzed. |
