The wide application of Cyber-Physical System realizes the intelligent and unified coordination of the subsystems. Along with the complexity of the system becomes more and more gigantic, there will be various complicated factors may lead to system fault, which seriously threaten people’s life and property security. Manual fault diagnosis has been unable to meet the needs of the rapid troubleshooting, research areas related intelligent fault diagnosis method becomes very necessary and urgent.Aimed at the characteristic of the CPS to design the model, we proposed a time constraint Cyber Petri net TC- CPN model based on the prototype of Petri nets and proposed a formal definition of TC-CPN and the state transition rules combined with the control mechanism of cyber net system and time constraints and expound the function involved in the model. Combined with time interval calculation and temporal consistency of decision function, we further put forward an abductive fault diagnosis method by which two key algorithms are presented. The method from the interactive control logic of cyber-physical system analysis the logic of the relationship between fault information and uses TC-CPN establish the system of fault propagation model, then reverses to abductive fault diagnosis through the analysis of time dimension to trace the system behavior and find fault source.Finally, this paper uses the TC- CPN to model the urban rail train doors CPS, and analysis experimental results for the opening process faults diagnosis. Through comparison with other model simulations shows that our method has good semantic description ability of modeling the control system and has a relatively simple network structure and has strong ability of analysis for the diagnosis of control process.
