Since the 1970 s, to deal with the problem of energy shortage, some countries have made strict standards to reduce energy consumption of buildings, but these energy saving measures did not consider moisture transfer in building envelope, The heat and moisture transfer phenomenon of Multilayer porous structure is a typical coupled transfer process, moisture accumulation in building envelope can affect the thermal performance of building envelope severely, reduce the service life of building structures, and provide suitable environment for mold growth, in turn, may seriously affect human health and be a cause of allergy and respiratory symptoms,There is no doubt that heat and moisture transfer in building envelop is one of the most important elements in the study of civil engineeringIn this paper, comprehensived the previous research results of our research team, according to fick’s law, darcy’s law, Fourier’s law, based on the principle of conservation of mass and energy conservation, a one-dimensional mathematical model with fewer materials parameters for simulating the coupled heat and moisture transfer through multilayer porous structure was proposed on the basis of necessary and reasonable assumptions,, Water vapor pressure and temperature were chosen as the driving potentials of coupled Heat and Moisture transfer. the absorption and desorption heat is added, the impact of phase change of water components in the process of coupled Heat and Moisture transfer was considered, the detailed derivation process was gave.A computer program for evaluating coupled heat and moisture transfer of multilayer porous structure was developed with fortran90 based on the coupled Heat and Moisture transfer mathematical modele that established, developed the operating platform with vb6.0 for calculating about coupled heat and moisture transfer, and developed the simulation software(HMCT1.0) of coupled Heat and Moisture transfer of multilayer porous structure through Mixing programe. The simulation software can be used to evaluate heat and moisture property of porours material and multilayer porous structure wall. Now the The simulation software can used for evaluating heat and moisture property of the wall that no more than 12 layers under different indoor and outdoor environment parameters.Combined with the previous research results about the heat preservation properties of sandwich straw brick of our research team, HMCT1.0 is used to calculate the temperature distribution of sandwich straw block wall, Combined the simulation results with the measured physical test results and preliminary simulation results with the finite element simulation software ansys, show that the coupled Heat and Moisture transfer simulation software(HMCT1.0) is feasible in analyzing the heat and moisture properties of Composite WallSimulatie the thermal and moisture performance of wheat straw compression block with the simulation software of coupled Heat and Moisture transfer of multilayer porous structure(HMCT1.0) on the basis of feasibility analysis. Mainly include one dimensional isothermal moisture absorption performance simulation and one dimensional isothermal put wet performance simulation of the wheat straw compression block, the influence of relative humidity and temperature on the couped heat and moisture transfer of the wheat straw compression block. Finally, introduces the Operation process of he simulation software of coupled Heat and Moisture transfer of multilayer porous structure(HMCT1.0) with a composite wall example.
