China is an earthquake prone country, research of the seismic performance of structure always been the focus. Code for seismic design in China at present, the building seismic design is based on the rigid foundation assumption. But the soil-structure interaction is objective existence. With the deepening of the study, researchers had pay more attention to the soil-structure interaction’s influence to the structural seismic, especially the weak soil layer’s influence to the structural’s seismic performance, some research shows that the weak soil layer is beneficial to the seismic structure to a certain extent.On the other hand, the researchers use the rubber-soil(something is mixture of waste tire, rubber particles and soil or other material) replace the ground soil of low-slung buildings, setting isolation layer to improve the seismic performance of the buildings.In this paper, depend on the Lianfu District-three of the Ciyin temple’s shantytowns on the F17 filed in Hedong of Suining City’s survey, based on Soil-Structure Interaction through the simulation by ABAQUS finite element analysis software, studied the influence of different ground assumption and different soil layer on the structure’s seismic performance; put forward the view that improve the seismic performance of the structure in this project through using the rubber-soil replace the soil around the pile; and studied on the different depth of the rubber-soil’s influence of the building’s time history seismic response.The main work is as follows:(1)The rigid foundation assumption for column low shear stress analysis is limit, cannot divided the bottom of the shear stress into postitive shear stress area and negative shear stress area two parts, it’s not consistent with actual situation, and it’s result too large, in the study of structural seismic performance it’s necessary to consider the effect of soil-structure interaction;(2)After considering the soil-structure interaction, lowering the frequency of structure system, increase cycle, reduce seismic response, weak layer will reduce the frequency of the structure system, further inceasing cycle, reduce the earthquake response;(3)After change filled rubber-earth,lowering the frequency of structure system, increase cycle, reduce seismic response, with the depth increase of rubber-soil, the frequency of the structure system with lower, periodic increase, reduce seismic response lower;(4)In the replacement of rubber-soil, on seismic performance of structure to improve play a major role is peripheral pile of rubber-soil structure, and is in one part of the rubber-soil.
