The offshore wind energy resources are three times over onshore in China.The development and utilization of offshore wind power resources in China has broad prospects. Compared with the onshore wind power, offshore wind farm has its unique advantages, such as higher quality wind energy resources, smaller land resource occupation.Offshore wind farm only a little impact on the environment, it can be directly into the characteristics of the load to centerconsumption easily. According to the national renewable energy of "The Twelfth Five Year Plan" in the future, the development of offshore wind power will enter to a period of accelerated development in China. In this context, research on the influence of marine electric field on theregional power grid has become a more important issue which need to be resolved.This paper mainly studies the influence of offshore wind power access to regional power grid, which is of great guiding significance for the access of wind electricity is the coastal area power grid is the sea wind power development prospects and more scientific.The following aspects are discussed:(1) The mathematical model of the double fed asynchronous generator and wind farm is built. The mathematical model and system establishment of wind farm wind power system model is built A wind farm model in digsilent/power factory software, including the wind speed model, the wind turbine model, gear box model and asynchronous generator model, through the establishment of the model, the simulation of the actual operation of offshore wind farm which can be used for steady state and transient state on offshore grid connected with wind farms is available.(2) The high voltage AC grid-intergration system of offshore wind farm and its operation mechanism is elaborated. In the MATLAB, mathematical modele of transmission system on HVAC grid is built mainly including the number sequence model of charging power mathematical model and electric cablealong the long line transmission.(3) The offshore wind farm power grid-intergration system is introduced, which commonly uses reactive power compensation. And quantitatively analyze the compensation capacity. Through the DIgSILENT simulation in the study on calculation of transmission power limit of offshore wind power transmission system under different compensation capacity, research on charging power influence on cable transmission power limit.(4)The effects of maximum power can access capacity along the long line transmission of regional power grid wind power, wind power capacity to access target is the best determine the grid system,the maximum capacity of wind power system can access and access to offshore wind farm fortransient stability analysis.
