Since absorbing technology gradually has become the key technique in the military field, scholars from various countries have more interest of the research of absorbing material. Due to the characteristics of both stealth and load carrying, structure absorbing material has become a focus of the research. And designing software to optimize design structure is an important significance to design professionals.In this paper, carbon fibers reinforced composite absorbing material panels are generated by mixing long carbon fibers with magnetic coating and glass fibers in different proportions with epoxy resin as the background material. Firstly, we measured the S parameters of 2.6-18.0GHz band in orthogonal directions through transmission/reflection method. The corresponding electro-magnetic parameters are inversed according to the measured S-parameters, and stored in the form of database. Secondly, propagation constant and wave impedance of electromagnetic wave in anisotropic composite materials is derived. And we demonstrate transfer matrix method for anisotropic magnetic layered.
