Since the 21 st century, the rapid development of the highway will reach 4.5million kilometers to the end of 2015 the number of China’s total mileage. The national highway network will be basically established. Construction of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge is a very important project in the history of the Chinese bridge has important practical significance.Design of Composite Girders for Non-Navigable Span Bridge of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge in Shallow Water Area adopts 85 m steel mix with concrete continuous beam and 5~6 hole each group.The construction of the bridge adopts some advanced method, such as: the lifting of the whole arch of long supports, the conversion from simple beam to continuous beam, the jacking and falling of supporting point and the tension of prestressed bar tendon in bridge deck of hogging moment region. The bridge of combinational and continuous beam experiences the conversion of different structural systems from simple beam to continuous beam from construction to completion, the change of the sequence of construction has different effect on the line shape of bridge and internal force. Int his paper, the bridge to explore the Construction Monitoring, using MIDAS/Ci-vil finite element analysis software to establish the relevant theoretical model, a-nd it has important theoretical and practical significance to Construction monitor-ing problems analysis and study.The main contents and results of the research are as follows:① Use the finite element software MIDAS/Civil to build 6×85m compositec ontinuous box girder bridge finite element model, make the accurate simulation a nalysis of the small section of the whole hole hoisting, simply supported conti-n uous system conversion, pivot top up and down and in the negative moment r-e gion of prestressed tensioning construction process to come true. Also obtain th-e feature of each construction procedure and the bridge structure under the cond-it ion of linear change and internal force distribution.② The importance of the proposed construction monitoring.Application MIDAS / Civil software to extract the appropriate data. Provides theoretical support for construction monitoring work.③ Construction monitoring use the measured data,compared with the model proposed theoretical data,regularity found between the two, explore different ch-aracteristics, in order to identify problems.④ Questions found during construction monitoring, the theoretical model calculations,Find reasons for the problem, and seek solutions. For improvements to rationalize analysis.⑤ Specific implementation method of construction monitoring,construction monitoring and proposed optimization scheme,Provide a theoretical basis for future monitoring of the construction work.
