Our country is a countries which has many mountainous terrain, in recent years as the continuous expansion of transport infrastructure in our country, getting rapid development, mountain area highway construction, especially in the southwest, the number of road tunnel and the proportion of the total mileage of route is higher and higher. Tunnel body is artificial underground structure, in the environment of natural medium, because of construction quality, the material and the geological factors and so on various reasons, both at home and abroad, most of the existing tunnel, there are different degrees of disease these diseases including cracking of tunnel lining structure,a cave-in, tunnel leakage and so on. According to related statistics, at present our country appears nearly a third of mountain highway tunnel lining seepage, deformation,lining crack structure disease of lining structure.Tunnel structure disease has serious threat to the safety of the tunnel driving,shorten the maintenance cycle and service life of highway tunnel, the tunnel structure without timely treatment of these diseases, and can cause further damage to the lining structure, and even make the tunnel. Tunnel local produce damage will cause the whole traffic routes can’t use, cause huge economic losses and social impact. Therefore, the operational phase of the tunnel structure deformation mechanism analysis and common diseases cause analysis, based on the structure of the tunnel disease detection and treatment methods of study has very important theory value and practical significance.At home and abroad in the digestion and absorption in this paper, on the basis of research on tunnel structure disease, operating period structure characteristics of mountain tunnel in Chongqing area as the breakthrough point, in-depth analysis of mountain tunnel structure deformation mechanism, and then from the external cause(external forces and external factors such as environment) and internal(materials,design and construction factors) two easy and the cause of the disease in the face of the tunnel structure is analyzed, disease classification, finally thoroughly studied the mechanism of deformation of tunnel structure. Tunnel structures at home and abroad through the analysis to compare the current disease detection method, system,summarizes the operating in southwest region the main disease of highway tunnel testing method, based on this research the corresponding treatment scheme. Finally,taking Chongqing iron mountain no.2 tunnel as an example, pointed proposed accord with the actual situation of Chongqing area of various kinds of disease prevention andtreatment measures, proved to be reasonable and reliable effect.
