With the rapid development of our infrastructure construction have achived, in the following 20 years will usher in an unprecedented peak of construction., coastal zone shore library fill reclamation having becoming an important method to improve the utilization of land resources, ease population growth crisis and achieve sustainable socio-economic development. Since the 1980 s, China have began to carry out large-scale land fill reclamation, which brought economic, environmental impact, social impacts and become the focus of everyone’s attention, at the same time after the Three Gorges Reservoir, the number of immigrants are increasing to 1130000, increase in the number of migrants making the tension of land resources, with the growth of the national economy and improve of people’s living standards, rapid population growth exacerbated the lack of land, coastal foreshore reclamation fill library strip has long been considered one of the most economical, most efficient, most free "three most" project. Slope is stable in the natural state, soil disturbance occurs after recycling by backfilling the excavation, coupled with paving housing in the upper slope, the weight of the building plus dynamic loads acting on the slope is prone to instability, which superstructure damage and affect the normal life of the surrounding residents.Based on the above background, this paper closely combine Ningjiang Island backfill slope engineering, proposed three key technologies of zoning filling technology, effective combination technology between coastal shore libraries fill slope slope and the original, filling and drainage revetment structure synchronization technology, by using Sigma/w of Geo-Studio simulation software simulating variation of the stress-strain effect when excavate and backfill slope under the water level, studying relationship between excavation and water level fluctuation between speed and slope stability, the main work and research results are as follows:(1) This paper has investigated a large number of literature about land-slope, analyzed its research status, summarized its shortcomings, proposed with the concept of compatible between filling slope and original slope, compatibility of fill slope and the original slope mean effective combination of filling the body with the original slope interface, become seamless connection and increase the friction between their mutual, thereby enhancing slope stability.(2) From the combination of form between filling body and the slope of the original, identifing possible three sliding surface by combining soil properties of backfill slope and original slope, then based on this conducting subsequent simulation work, finally got the optimal step width of 2m by Slop-w module.(3) Based on saturated-unsaturated seepage theory, this paper simulated stability seepage of Ningjiang island at the optimal excavation width under different water level fluctuation rate through Geo-studio simulation software, and the simulation results obtained relationship between water level fluctuation speed and slope stability seepage: the water level rose faster, more stable slope in the short term, over time, the pore water pressure reservoir water infiltration generated will greatly reduce the stability of the slope; the drawdown under the circumstances, slope stability decreases, and the rate of decline faster, easier instability. Meanwhile, the water level fluctuation during the invasion in vivo slope line always lags behind the slope outside the water line, and the fluctuation of the faster, the more obvious this lag effect.(4) In filling reclamation projects, will involve filling interface treatment, drainage and filling to ensure the stability and other issues, according to the stability coefficient variation of the simulation results, this paper presented fill reclamation and drainage protection technology and synchronization technology. Coastal Zone shore library reclamation fill key technology proposed in this study, which can play a greater role in filling construction technology to build on.
