City rail transportation is the backbone and important foundation of the city bus system.It has the advantages of fast, efficient and so on. It shared pressure the city transportation system. Rail transit network scale is more and more big, the structure is more and more complex. The relationship between supply and demand is more and more outstanding. The problem of operation is growing. City rail traffic management department is facing the challenge of hitherto unknown. The accurate analysis of the transport network passenger flow distribution will help them to make the rail transit network operation plan reasonably, coordinate the line, distribute of income reasonably and improve the ability of emergency management of rail transportation system. It is very important in many aspects and become the research focus in related fields.The traditional calculation model of city rail transit passenger flow assignment method has disadvantage such as the model calculation is not accurate and it is difficult to establish. The problems have plagued the popularization and application for various models in related areas. The researchers call a lot of effort to analyze travelers’ behavior and psychology and to verify the rationality of the algorithm model by statistical sample costly, but it is difficult to meet the practical requirements. The deployment of AFC system in rail transit system can provide passenger travel time records accurately and objectively. It provides a new condition for the research on the traffic assignment problem.From this background, this paper analyzes the city rail transit network dynamic distribution of passenger flow change according to the characteristics of city rail traffic data first. Then introduces the theory and method of existing city rail transit passenger flow distribution network and analysis the shortcomings of the existing methods of rail transit passenger flow distribution. This paper mining ticket information of AFC system adequately. And then a method of urban rail transit passenger flow distribution based on AFC system is proposed. Finally, verification the model proposed is effective through an example.
