Optical system has been widely used in many field, this led to the higher requirement of the optical system’s technology. However, because the restrict of the lens fabrication techniques and assembly technology, which due to the limitation of actural lens processing and debug condition, centering errors will be arose during the process, destroy the coaxial of the optical system and have effect on the quality of imaging. Currently, the centering errors is widely existed in the modern optical system, this phenomenon badly influence the system’s critical parameter, so how to accuracy analysis the central difference has become the vital process in the highly assembling the optical system. In order to improves the precision and efficiency during the optical system assembly. By deeply analysis the theory and practice facets, this paper’s main research as follows:Firstly, by research on the status in domestic and abroad. Compared all kinds of the optical decentration error calculate methods and combine with the questions in the practical assemble optical system, make the optical decentration instrument integrate with the computer assist come true.Secondly, by analysis the data that is the error between the testing and position of imaging for the center of sphere. Via Delphi software programming to achieve the data calculate and imagine display, enhance the assemble efficiency of the optical system.Again, this paper mainly talk about the aberration and stimulate the guide methods of the systems assemble. Through analysis the difference of every lens and calculate the weight imagine quality. By optimizing and revising the data, make some reference for the real guide optical system alignment.Finally, based on the processing of the optical systems assemble, The software for error analysis of optical centering error used to optical alignment has been developed based on Delphi tool. It has been successfully used in optical centration error measuring instrument to guide the process of the high precision optical system assemble. Taking the assist assembling apparatus, by analysis and adjustment the visible near infrared optical lens in wide band (0.4-1.1 μm), the results show this method has been greatly changed the situations in the optical system assemble.
