The design of this system is around the low-power and high-speed 8-bit MCU C8051F020,which is belong to enhanced 51 MCU. The design combined with gyromagnetic and far infrared heating module, which contain hardware circuit and software system in these two aspects. Then the paper discuss more about hardware circuit and software system of gyromagnetic module and far infrared heating module for the specific requirements. The system selected amplifier, Hall element, Temperature Sensor and other components for analog and digital hardware design and debugging. It through the design of the duty cycle of the PWM circuit controlled to achieve a rotating magnetic adjustable speed and through the MOS transistors in parallel and the use of relays to achieve a far-infrared heating temperature controlled. The design contains the module of the rotating magnetic speed detection and control. It also contain the far infrared temperature detection and control module, key input module and LCD module.System software compile and debug code by KEIL and IDE.The software through buttons, LCD program designed to achieve the parameter setting and the real-time display and other interactive features.The treatment time and the parameters can be set.The treatment and other important data can be displayed in real time function.The research is tested by the comprehensive result of hardware and software functions therapy.
