With the rapid development of modern industry,Nondestructive Testing technology has been widely applied.According to incomplete statistics, in the world, more than 95% countries are using Nondestructive Testing technology. Nondestructive Testing on its reliable detection efficiency for industrial safety development escorts the Emperor convoy,the countries all over the world.In recent years,the development of Nondestructive Testing technology in China has made great progress,a large number of professional personnel and professional firms made great contribution in the field.But at present,in the domestic market,the NDT equipment common parts and common equipment there are many,such as the concrete pier,beam,pile, while some are small parts precision machining,the special testing equipment is not much,so the detection equipment research a high intelligent be imperative.This thesis studied and designed a kind of Ultrasonic Nondestructive Testing system based on ultrasonic detection to as the carrier,Through an ultrasonic Acoustic electric conversion,converted into electrical signals by hardware circuit conditioning to DSP processor for analysis and processing,and analysis of data through the USB controller is transmitted to the host computer,realizing the intelligent computer detection. The use of the processing method of wavelet analysis to the data,making the detection accuracy of the system is greatly improved.The hardware system is designed in the paper can be summarized into three parts:the analog electronic circuit part, the digital electronic circuit part and a mechanical transmission. The analog electronic circuit part comprises a power supply module,generates a transmit high voltage module,ultrasonic transmitting and receiving module,analog signal pretreatment module;digital electronic circuit includes A/D sampling module,data buffer module,logic control unit CPLD core module,CPU module,USB communication module and the host computer display module;the mechanical transmission part mainly uses transmission mechanism to drive the stepper motor as the core of the probe of scanning the workpiece.The use of the processing method of wavelet analysis to the data,which makes the detection precision detecting system of higher.Simulation results at the end of the system in MATLAB, and the results showed that the high precision of the detection system,strong stability,good real-time, Nondestructive detection is very suitable for small precision, and have good market prospects.
