Mainly in the following research and new results:First of all, State the man-machine relationship classifying, introduce the existing man-machine configuration problem, and give us a summarized presentation on how to solve the man-machine configuration problem. we found the best way to research the dynamic and complex problem on man-machine configurations. So here we use the simulation and modeling method to study the man-machine problem. The second, After a brief introducing on the background of F enterprise, and also the analyzing on the character of production line and the existed man-machine configuration problem, we found out the influence factors on the man-machine problem, meanwhile, after our study we find a way to solve the problem. By this means, we use the right improving methods, we make the man-machine configuration better on the production line. The last, According to the actual production situation, and the established simulation modeling solution, by using Flexsim simulation software to make the simulated modeling, then use the different figures to simulate. After compare the result, we can find out the best proportion on man-machine configuration. Having analysis the sensitivity, applicability and the benefit, the final result shows that the simulated methods can be used to efficient cut the labor cost and increasing productivity.The findings apply to the rational allocation of human-machine factory production practices, as appropriate to improve or optimize machine configuration, not only for the business itself has a very positive meaning, but also for the entire Chinese electronics manufacturing industry can play a certain significance. |
