With the rapid urbanization process, the increasing urban building energy consumption, energy reserves of conventional energy shortage and a lot of exploitation caused by environmental degradation, energy issues have become important issues constraining socio-economic development and sustainable development, so the development of solar energy, geothermal, biogas energy and other renewable energy applications solve the current energy supply and demand contradiction effective ways of effectively reduce energy consumption, improve the social and economic benefits of great significance. Chengdu as a renewable energy demonstration city, should develop a more robust policies and regulations, and accelerating construction of renewable energy technologies should, Sichuan Province and even the country’s renewable energy construction applications do demonstration effect.
