The low floor trains with the advantages of friendly design for children and disabled persons to get on and off、Flexibility of grouping according to passenger demand、platform line can be used with existing public transportation system seamless, are welcomed by the market. In order to meet domestic market demand, many domestic locomotive vehicle factories began to increase low-floor light rail vehicle research investment. Therefore, the research on the strength analysis and vibration performance of low-floor vehicles has important theoretical and extensive engineering application.This thesis describes the development process of 100% low-floor light rail vehicles, and introduced the features of marshalling and articulated connection of the third generation low-floor vehicle. By analzing the current research, pointing out the great significance for 100% low-floor vehicle with the study of structural strength and vibration performance.Then the paper introduces the structure by a 5 group centain 100% low floor train and seraratesthe models and numbers the interface position.Propseing a parallel computing method which is suitable for structure strength checking of complex hinge low floor train. For three different types of calculation condition, comparing with the vehicle model calculation method both from the structural stress and the load of interface position to verify’ the feasibility of the single model method. Then, expanding the study of vibration performance by this 100% low-floor train. It analyzes the influence of the stiffness of the hinge connecting for body vibration performance and the coupling between vehicle vibration and bogie vibration. On this base, it gives an evaluation of characteristics of the vehicle vibration.Finally, developes a program for calculating the interface position load of 5groups 100% low-floor light rail vehicle by using VB software. Through this software, you can quickly get the interface load in every module only needing some design parameters of the vehicle body, so that making the design feedback speed greatly improved.This paper shows that the method of single module FEM can significantly improve computing speed of feedback while ensuring the accuracy of the premise; After the hinge stiffness greater than 103N/mm, its stiffness can be ignored for the vehicle vibration performance; The possibility of the resonance of vehicle and bogie is small.
