Turkey Ankara-Istanbul High-speed railway is the fist overseas high-speed electrified railway by our design, construction general contracting, Present the Ankara-Istanbul High-speed railway has been officially operation. In recent years,China’s high-speed railway rapid development,The high-speed railway mileage has exceeded ten thousand kilometers, the technology of high speed railway electrification by Chinese standard has matured.Turkey Ankara-Istanbul High-speed railway full implementation of international standards and European standards,and the current international standards and European standards have been designed for high-speed electrified railway technology in China is still blank, so do the summary and study the technology of the Ankara-Istanbul High-speed railway has important significance for our country going out of the country.The paper focuses on conditions for Turkey’s differences with China’s national conditions,the analysis presented the design standards and design concepts suitable for Turkey Ankara-Istanbul High-speed railway. The grid density of the Ankara-Istanbul High-speed railway is far below china’s domestic high-speed rail grid density,Therefore the actual transportation needs of Turkey, Ankara-Istanbul High-speed railway needs direct power supply with return wire,Two transformers operation at the same time. The characteristics of Ankara-Istanbul High-speed railway on traction power supply system analysis and comparison.The paper proposes the design of single line of traction substation,One 154kV line supply two transformers by the cross bar,two transformers run simultaneously,When one traction substation fault,the adjacent traction substation supply,the security operations would not be impacted.the plan comply the transport conditions in Turkey,both meet the transport needs of the country,but also save the project investment.At present, railway power supply for phase separation, section mainly achieved by the section post,switching station in our country, But Turkey owners have become accustomed the mode of the switching control station, the switching control station electrical equipment installed on steel beams between the two pillars,By closing the load switch to realized the function of the section post and switching station.the switching control station has advantages of saving cables,saving occupation of land and high reliability etc.The integrated grounding system of the Turkey is using the return line as integrated ground wire to meet the traction return function,but also to protect personal safety and the equipment’s safety along the railway and to meet operational requirements according to the signaling system to determine the basic structure of the grounding system, In normal operation and fault conditions through simulation modeling,combined with reflux and grounding system settings, presented to the relevant professional over-voltage protection and electromagnetic compatibility requirements, The method saves the engineering investment investment compare with our integrated grounding mode.
