Now, because of rapid development of excessive energy demand in the world economy, the traditional energy sources have been increasingly depleted. As estimated, till 2050, petroleum resources will be mined out, if the new energy system is not established, the energy crisis will effect the globe.With the "energy-saving and emission-reduction", "renewable energy development" put forward in our country, a series of relevant policies and regulations have been issued, Wind/Solar Hybrid Powered Supply System has been widely used in domestic. Meanwhile, another product of LED system has become popular due to its energy saving and environmental protection. Since the first batch of LED products started to be sell in 1968, the LED dot matrix display technology of LED system has been in daily life everywhere. Due to its vast territory, plain, rich wind and solar energy resources, China is very favorable for application of the wind/solar hybrid powered supply system.The LED system is also a kind of energy-saving products with low power consumption, very suitable for the wind/solar hybrid powered supply. That’s feasible on research of LED system in power supply and control of the wind/solar hybrid powered supply system.In this thesis, the status of research on wind and solar power and LED application system was analyzed, the fan controller, solar controller, inverter, LED display circuit and control strategy of maximum power point tracking for the experiment and the corresponding technology were decribed. Based on the above theories, we designed the control system with a core of STM32F103VET6.As for the controller system of the hardware, the wind machine adopts TL494 to design a boost circuit voltage fan output to 26V, to charge a 24V battery; the part of solar photovoltaic component, to design of a PWM controlled by the switch tube IRF3205 internal switching DC/DC converter mainly constitute. Inverter using SG3525 plus TDS2285 scheme, before the class consisting of SG3525 DC boost, by way of SPWM modulation of TDS2285 level after the DC into AC voltage 50Hz before after.Monitor part is a sensor sampling with voltage divider, current sensor is ACS12、 voltage sensor is precision resistor voltage divider temperature sensor is AD590.The design part of the LED screen’s hardware and software describe the design of LED dot matrix with a row column control core of 74HC154 and 74HC595、how host computer control LED screen with Serial Communication、research and develop the brightness control for the LED screen、with the real-time acquisition of the ambient brightness STM32F103VET6 control the brightness of LED screen in 3 mode:max current,medium current and minimum current by PWM. In the 3 mode the power consumption are 113.6W,112W and 86.4W,it prove the system can supply the power by wind/solar hybrid energy and control the brightness for the LED screen with the environmental change.
