| Wet clutch has a wide range of applications in automatic transmission, and promotes the development of automatic transmission technology, performance characteristics of wet clutch have an important impact on the automatic transmission. For improving the the automatic transmission performance, so carrying out research work about performance of wet clutch, what promote research and development of autonomous automatic transmission has a great significance. Therefore, this paper that it is the current research status of wet clutch, combined with existing topics and foundation of theoretical research, expand the operating characteristics research of the wet clutch, mainly in the following aspects:The first chapter introduces the development process of automatic transmission technology, the wet clutch have a role on automatic transmission, the development and features of wet clutch; described research status of the wet clutch about the dynamic temperature field and control strategy, it exist problems in these areas, and introduces the the subject background and significance of this paper. Introduction have a clear guidelines to researching of the full text, and introduces the main contents of other chapters.The second chapter analyzes the friction mechanism of wet clutch engagement process, separately to establish a film pressure model, capacity model of asperity, capacity model and transmission torque model. Followed by analyzes thermal of wet clutch engagement process, based on heat transfer theory, the law of conservation of energy and related thermal boundary conditions, established on temperature field mathematical models of wet clutch about the dual steel, friction plates and cooling lubricants, for multi-physics coupled analysis and the next of tomb temperature field characterization given theoretical basis.The third chapter is based on multi physics field transmission model of wet clutch,combining the condition of initial conditions, using the 4 order Runge Kutta numerical algorithm, multi-physics model is coupled to numerically solved, and analyses the temperature field’s influence of wet clutch process various factors,such as the initial angular velocity, friction lining permeability, surface combined roughness, elasticity modulus and the flow, detailed analysis on variation of the viscous shear heat flux and rough friction heat flux on wet clutch temperature contribution.The fourth chapter studies the bonding pressure characteristics influence rules to the temperature characteristics, the focus from the bonding pressure and the bonding pressure response characteristics of two aspects analysis. First studied that the size of the pressure influence law of bonding characteristics of wet clutch, and then analyzes the rules of engagement pressure affects on the characteristics of temperature field of the bonding engagement; secondly study the bonding pressure response characteristics of the influence rules of engagement characteristics of wet clutch, and analyzes the bonding pressure response characteristics influence law of the characteristics of the temperature field.The dynamic model of vehicle transmission system is established in five chapter, set up the dynamics model and the simulation analysis is carried out using Matlab/Simulink simulation platform. Effects of different initial temperature bonding process, the impact degree of, sliding friction work and the influence of wet clutch engagement time, and analyze the simulation results, the oil pressure control strategy for different initial temperatures to optimize the analysis.The sixth chapter is a summary and outlook, mainly for all content and results of this research were summarized, and wet clutch further work were presented and briefly discussed. |
