Permanent magnet mechanism not only can achieve all functions of traditional electromagnetic mechanism, but also has the advantages of high reliability, high energy saving, against fluctuation and no temperature rise, which has been applied and popularized more and more. The key of stable and reliable work is the matching degree of static characteristic in electromagnetic mechanism. At present, by the traditional equivalent magnetic circuit model based on the permanent magnetic lumped parameter model to calculate the static force characteristic, the accuracy is relatively low.Point at the accuracy is low problem by the method of the permanent magnetic lumped parameter model, in this paper, to analysis the permanent magnet magnetic simulation field by the Ansoft software, the results show that due to the magnetic flux leakage effect and the air gap flux, make the distribution of magnetic induction intensity inside the permanent magnet is not uniform. In order to improve the accuracy of static force characteristic, put forward according to the permanent magnet magnetic field density distribution, along the direction of magnetization and longitudinal direction partitioning the permanent magnet to construction the distributed parameter circuit model, by a permanent magnet contactor as example to calculate it’s static force, the calculated value and the permanent magnet lumped parameter model calculated value, finite element simulation value and experimental measurements compare and analyze, show that the model of distributed parameter permanent magnetic circuit model can get a higher accuracy.Based on the static characteristics, considering different excitation current to obtain static force date and magnetic flux linkage simulation date, with the permanent magnet contactor dynamic differential equations, calculate dynamic characteristics of permanent magnet contactor core. The method of obtaining permanent magnet contactor dynamic characteristics of moving iron core position compare with the high speed cameras dynamic detection platform measured dynamic characteristics, the result has high consistency and accuracy, verify that the proposed permanent magnet distributed parameter model to solve dynamic process for permanent magnetic actuator is validity and rationality. The position characteristic for further data processing, can get the dynamic force characteristic of permanent magnet contactor.Only dynamic force characteristic is the real process reaction force in electromagnetic mechanism. Research shows that, the permanent magnet distributed parameter model in the calculation of static force characteristic and dynamic force characteristic of the moving iron core can get higher accuracy and also has convenient modeling, easy to modify parameters, calculate the advantages fast advantages. This research provides an effective method for the design and optimization of permanent magnetic actuator.
