Base isolation technology has become a hot spot of research in the field of earthquake, manynew isolation device is developed, such as laminated rubber isolation device, friction pendulum isolation device, and the isolation device through continuous research of many scholars at home and abroad improved more and isolation plays a role in the practical application is good. Some smart materials and vibration isolation device with use, give full play to their respective advantages, mutual make up for their lack of, has become a new direction of the current isolation research.Our research group proposed a new SMA- rolling disc spring isolator, simulation analysis and has been through theoretical analysis, experimental analysis, the finite element software, the mechanical properties of the bearing is studied on. Based above, further, the frame structureof the isolation device applied to the actual, explore the actual effect to the seismic bearing.The main research work is as follows:(1)The theoretical analysis provided the frame structure of SMA- ball bearings and isolation device is not installed on the frame structure for dynamic performance, compare differentdynamic equation(2)Were free vibration test on set bearings and bearings without setting the frame structure, the comparison between different natural vibration period and damping ratio of the isolation bearings, exploring the impact on natural vibration period and damping ratio of frame structure.(3)Were sinusoidal steady state vibration test of rubber bearings, and the bearings without setting the frame structure, compare the amplitude, displacement at different loading different loading frequencies, the same external loads the hysteretic characteristics, analysis of the isolation bearing isolation effect; the number of SMA wire by changing the Rachel, inquiry effects of SMA wire on the number isolation performance.(4)By ANSYS finite element software, a set of the bearings and the isolation device is not set in the engineering examples, EL-CENTRO wave, KOBE wave and TAFT wave, proceed the analysis, comparing the change of interlayer displacement and interstory acceleration. By the analysis of the simulation results, explore the new bearing isolation effect.
