| In recent years, adhesive anchor is widely used in engineering practice.When the fire happens,as a structural or non structural component of the connection,the adhesive anchor has been paid more and more attention in the fire performance Compared with other technical for post-installed fastenings,the disandvantage of adhesive anchor is poor temperature stability,the connection may fail under fire, resulting in the fall of connected objects and constitute a threat to the lives of people.Therefore,the carrying capacity study under fire on the adhesive anchor is necessary.In this paper,anchor brands,fire time,depth and anchor types are regarded as variables,the study have been divided into two parts:the bearing capacity and temperature field study.The investigations have been made on the temperature field and the residual bearing capacity.The temperature distribution have been simulated by the finite element software ABAQUS,and the dates have been compared with the results of trials.The main conclusions include:under fire the adhesive anchor brand,screw material,plastic anchor type and other factors make little effect on the temperature of the incoming.The depth of adhesive anchor makes greater impact on fire resistance capacity:120min by fire the bearing capacity of 85 mm depth adhesive anchor remains 10%, while the 110 mm depth remains 30%.The thermal conductivity of the material makes little impact on the remaining carrying capacity;Anchor plastic type has a certain influence on fire carrying capacity;Different brands of adhesive anchor have significantly difference on bearing capacity,the difference between 20%-70%; Different types of anchors have a significant difference on fire resistance performance:the carrying capacity and stiffness of expansion anchors were dropped under fire,followed by ordinary adhesive anchor;The special inverted cone and belled anchors have maintained a good stiffness and bearing capacity;ABAQUS finite element softwar have been used to simulate the process of by fire 120 min process.The simulation makes a good agreement with the experimental values.The simulation method used in this paper can be better used to simulate the temperature distribution under fire.This article not only can be used to provide the basis experimental data for the adhesive anchor specification of fire resistant, but also provide the basis for the safety assessment of adhesive anchor after the fire. |
