| Based on CNC technology, flexible manufacturing and installation technology is widely concerned for its excellent flexible automation performance. Flexible installation system brings big change to the traditional machinery manufacturing. Aircraft-engine is the most important part of aircraft. And the installation quality of it determines the performance of the whole aircraft. With the help of flexible systems, both the productivity and installation quality are increased. Consider of the research status, this paper designs an aircraft-engine digital installation system, and studies on servo system and control algorithm.Firstly, according to technical specifications and function demand, whole structure of the control system hardware and software are designed based on opening design concept. Consider of both the control accuracy and economic benefits, semi-closed loop servo system is designed, and a mechanical error compensation table is established.Secondly, as both control system model and system parameters are unknown, a system identification experiment is designed to obtain system model and parameters. Depend on LSM, different order models are used to fit response curve, and the best fitting model is used as the system equivalent model. Consider of control accuracy and dynamic performance, position loop controller is designed. Comparing the performance and stability of PID controller, genetic algorithm optimized PID controller, BP neural network PID controller and genetic algorithm optimized BP neural network PID controller, genetic algorithm optimized PID controller is selected as the position loop controller.Finally, control experiment is carried out to test the performance of the system. Based on the actual hardware and software of the system, an integrated debugging is carried out. A control accuracy experiment is carried out to test the system accuracy and dynamic performance. The results of the experiment show that system specifications are satisfied with the design specifications. And with the help of aircraft-engine automatic installation system both aircraft-engine installation efficiency and quality are increased. |
