| It provides much higher precision for detection of holes which include high precision and large size shaft holes, the cabin door shaft holes, a bed of strut holes and many maintenance facilities holes during the high performance ship manufacturing process. The shaft holes are composed of a plurality of large coaxial shaft holes and obtained by boring machine. The range of wide processed shaft holes are 50mm-1500mm and the holes spacing are greater than 10 meters. Accuracy of roundness, cylindricity error is 20 micron.The research is based on the laser collimator and the measurement of sensor, a holes detection system based on the principle of error separation is presented. Roundness and porous coaxiality of shaft holes, principle of cylindricity detection and method of signal processing which analyzed the factors affect the precision of the system through system simulation has been discussed in this paper. The system adopts three point method error separation algorithm in frequency domain and eddy current sensor as information and data collection tools for shaft holes diameter and roundness. The system operates data acquisition, error separation processing, data transmission by digital signal processor as the core hardware circuit structures. In addition, using laser collimated as the shaft hole machining reference and guiding device, combined with the sensor collected data on non continuous shaft hole coaxiality detection system. Established the shaft holes cylindricity measurement models and determined the installation of sensor array through the research on error separation algorithm. According to the difference and connection of the single hole measurement and measurement of holes series, analyzed he method of holes measurement.In this paper, the influence of shaft rotary motion, guide error and noise to shaft holes processing has been analyzed in detail. Preliminary simulated and measured the detection of non continuous shaft holes. The simulation results show that section filling method can detect the the cylindricity error of the non-continuous shaft holes. At the end of paper, provided the related hardware circuit for detection system of holes and made a solid foundation for the debugging and application in the future. |
