| There are two modes of power supply for outside circuit breaker in the switchyard, one is directly using battery and the other is using capacitor. But both of the two modes take battery for essential. By reasons of outside circuit breaker or digital switch cabinet often has complex charging circuit and insecurity, using inductive coil to get power on line is a necessary trend.This paper designed a kind of floating power charger of battery, witch based on inductive coil getting power online. The coil gets power from generatrix, after rectifying and regulating, charges for the battery. However, circuit breaker rarely acts, as the battery is in floating state chronically. In this state, the secondary impedance is very large. This state equals to light-load or open-circuit state. All the working current in the generatrix will almost be exciting current, which makes inductive coil working in the deeply saturated state. Consequently, the wave distortion of secondary voltage is very seriously. Although there is no effect to regulator, the parameter calculation will become very difficult. To solve this problem, this paper advanced a hypothesis. The hypothesis is that after regulating, voltage inductived by the coil changes to direct current voltage, witch has function connection with generatrix working voltage. This formula adapt to any load and working current. At last, floating power charger and protective circuit is designed by that formula. According to the result, improving the circuit for better capability. Finally,assembling the model machine, building the experimental platform, conducting the experiment. Then, mending the design by the experiment result. |
