As people life quality of the ascension, requirements for the fresh food promote the continuous development of refrigeration industry. The cold chain system is very important for food. Constantly improving the food cold chain system ensure for the quality of the process of food from the factory to the table. In this article, through analyzing the development course of refrigerant, it is concluded that the future development direction of refrigerant. Green refrigerant will be more and more attention. Carried on the detailed analysis of commercial refrigerating system is introduced, it is concluded that the use of CO2 and R134a cascade refrigeration system is advantageous.The cascade refrigeration system is still in its infancy in our country. There are some data on the theoretical analysis, but rarely in engineering application.Based on related theory of refrigeration, analyze thermal properties to the CO2 and R134a cascade refrigeration system, analyze refrigeration to the CO2 and R134a cascade refrigeration system, calculate the related parameters of the CO2 and R134a cascade refrigeration system.In view of the engineering practice, this paper builds the CO2 and R134a cascade refrigeration system.And this paper has carried on the theoretical analysis and the design of the main products. Under the specific demand of the refrigeration system, complete refrigeration compressor selection analysis, oil separator selection analysis, the design of the refrigerate reservoir, selection analysis of plate heat exchanger, piping design and so on. DesignCO2 and R134a cascade refrigeration system of product, complete 3D drawing, design the control logic and control system. This paper implements the CO2 and R134a cascade refrigeration system transformation process from theory to practice. The article will provide the corresponding reference to relevant personnel in the future development of the refrigeration system.And lay a foundation for the use of the system in the future.
